Shipping & Returns

All subscribers to our monthly junk journal club will have their items processed/shipped in the middle of the month (typically anywhere from 15-31st of that month).

Items are nonreturnable or refundable due to the nature of the monthly junk journal club. Spread the joy & gift to a loved one if that month isn't your favorite! Exceptions to this policy include damaged items upon arrival. Must contact within 10 days of receiving damaged products. 

Domestic orders will typically arrive in 1-7 business days.

All orders international orders generally arrive in 7-21 days. Some countries may subject the parcel to customs/duties and are the customer's responsibility. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our hands! 

We are not responsible for the loss of your package by the Postal Service. Once the package is out of our hands, it is beyond our control. We will do the best to our ability to help you filing a claim with the post office for lost mail.
